The bottom part with the right side menu (if it has one) and footer you put in the footer.html file. If you already have a html template you want to use it should not take you more than 5-10 minutes to do this, or have someone that knows html to do it.

The different standard pages body text resides in their own html files and are dynamically parsed with the header and footer files. You do not have to change anything in the different pages body text html files when you make a new template, so it is a very easy to use and flexible templating system.

Your sales pages are not split up in 3 parts so on your sales pages you use the whole template file. Insert your sales page text in the body section and then paste the complete html page code into the products sales page box in the admin section.

On your sales pages you have special tags you insert that displays the product name, price and paypal button dynamically. This means you do not have to change your sales pages every time you decide to change the price since it dynamically fetches the data from the mysql database for each product.

If you are satisfied with the default single column template the only thing you need to do is change the header image to your own.
